    Quality issue

    I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the shoes I purchased. Within just a one day of use, the material started to wear out, and the stitching came undone. For the price I paid, I expected much better durability and craftsmanship.
    What’s even worse is the lack of response from the company. I have tried reaching out multiple times through their customer service channels, but no one has addressed my concerns or offered any resolution. This level of negligence and poor customer support is unacceptable. I regret my purchase.

    I recently purchased these shoes and was initially happy with their appearance and fit. However, after wearing them just once, I noticed that the upper material began to tear and burst in multiple places. This was incredibly disappointing, as I expected better durability for the price.
