In order to update the shipping details of an order please contact our customer care at customercare@redtapeindia.com and share your Order ID & new shipping address with our team. Our team will update the same and confirm you via email

No, product details cannot be modified once the order is placed. You can only cancel that order before it gets shipped. Order amount will get credited into your wallet and you can use that amount in order to place a new order.

You can create the exchange request by following the path: Order History > Order > Item and clicking on "Return" button. Fill all required fields and select "Replacement" option. Once you click on "Replacement" Option Your Return ID will get created and you will receive the confirmation on your registered email id
