How do I cancel my order?

Can I modify my Product details after it has been placed?
No, product details cannot be modified once the order is placed. You can only cancel that order before it gets shipped. Order amount will get credited into your wallet and you can use that amount in order to place a new order.
How do I create a Exchange Request?
You can create the exchange request by following the path: Order History > Order > Item and clicking on "Return" button. Fill all required fields and select "Replacement" option. Once you click on "Replacement" Option Your Return ID will get created and you will receive the confirmation on your registered email id

You can raise the refund request by following the path: Order History > Order > Item and click on Return button. Fill all required fields and select "Refund" money option. Once you click on "Refund" Option, your Return Id will get created and you will receive the confirmation on your registered email id
I have created a Return request. When will I get a refund?
Your refund amount will be credited to your wallet. The refund process will be initiated once we received the product(s), please read the return and replacement policy carefully.
I don’t want a refund in my Wallet?
Kindly contact our customer care team. For online payment, the amount will be transferred to your bank account within 7 to 12 working days.If the payment mode is "Cash On Delivery", a refund will be made through NEFT or we will send you a Cheque (not a DD). Cheque will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.

An order can be delivered only to one address. You can place another order for shipping to a different address.

Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. While we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:-Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.You may be required to information’s like, short description of the case in order to understand the scenario.The images of the product along with its packaging material.
Can I ship order to someone else?
Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. Before checkout, you can enter a new shipping address.

What is Red Tape's Return and Exchange Policy?
You can initiate a request within 7 days of your purchase that fails to meet your expectations. Product will not be accepted under following conditions:-Product is used or alteredProduct is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customerReturned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing,or if original packaging is damaged.
How to return a product?

How do I self ship the product?
Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. Kindly address the package to the address mentioned on the invoice.
How can I know the status of my refund?
For orders cancelled before shipping, refund will be credited to wallet immediately in case of prepaid order. If the order has been shipped, refund will be processed as soon as the courier service partner confirms the return of the item(s).
Why has my return request been rejected?
This may have happened, if we found the item you wish to return is used, damaged or original tags are missing. In this event ,the user shall not be eligible for a refund.
Why my refund is not reflecting in my Bank Account?

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into your wallet .Which can be later transferred into your bank account.
