How to Redeem:
Gift Cards are only redeemable at our outlets. It cannot be redeemed online through the website.
- Visit your nearest RedTape store
- Shop your favourite products
- Show your gift card at the Billing counter as a mode of payment.
- The cashier will use the unique code hidden under the scratch card for the redemption process.
- Keep the hidden unique code confidential to yourself. Only reveal it during the billing process.
Terms and Conditions:
- Gift cards can be redeemed across all Red Tape stores of India.
- Gift cards can be redeemed towards the purchase of Red Tape Products only.
- Gift cards must be redeemed in full. Partial redemption is not allowed.
- Gift cards can not be exchanged for cash or cheque.
- No duplicate will be issued if this card is lost or misplaced. The holder of this voucher is deemed to be beneficiary.
- The validity period of the Gift Card cannot be extended under any circumstances.
- It cannot be clubbed with any sales promotion.
- This card is redeemable only once.
- Physical Gift Card is a must while using it as a payment mode.
