    Worst experience ever refund not issued,the team is useless

    I haven't received my refund it's been 18 days, this is not the right way to do business,thank God have ordered one item only, and this was also the last time with RED TAPE, REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

    Redtape team is really annoying do not buy anything from them it was my first ever purchase and THE LAST, I have ordered a shoe and returned it due to size issue and not even got the refund till date.

    I want to exchange the size,there is no option showing for size exchange or refund.

    The product is good but I have received the wrong size I want to exchange it with size 8,but there is no option available for refund/exchange or anything it is of no use to me if I don't get it exchanged, email support is also useless.
