    Maine ye shoe 10 November, 2024 ko order kiya tha and mujhe delivery 18 ko milne wala tha lekin mujhe ye shoe nhi mila to maine wait kiya 1 din ka mujhe laga kal tak aajega lekin kal hoke maine dekha mujhe your order delivered successfully ka message aaya hua hai aapke email se bhi and xpressbees se bhi so maine apne ghar walp se puchha koi order aaya tha ya phir mere number pe call wagera order se related to sabne bola nhi aisa kuch nhi aaya to maine socha kuch gadbad ho gya hoga website se isliye xpressbees customer care se baat karta hu isliye maine unse contact kiya so unhe bataya mera order mujhe delivered nhi hua hai par mujhe message aaya hai ki mera order delivered ho chuka hai aisa aisa hua hai mere sath to unhone bola kuch galat ho gya hoga team se main aapka complaint request daal deta hu 2 din me call back aayega 2 din wait kiya maine koi call back ya phir message nhi aaya to phir maine call usne bhi same reply diya maine request daal diya hai 2 din me call back karenge team wale to maine bola okay then uske baad kam se kam maine unhe 30-40 times contact kiya same reply mila mujhe har time and aaj 12 January 2025 ho gya hai pura mera 2 mahina unhone kharab kiya and wo order prepaid tha to mera ₹2100 bhi waste ho gya and abhi kuch dino se unse contact karne ka try kar rha hu to contact hi nhi ho paa rha hai unse mere number se unhone kya kiya hai wo pata nhi bas customer care se contact nhi ho rha hai and ye problem new year ke baad se ho rha hai usse pehle maine contact kiya tha

    So, at the end main yhi bolunga ye pura aapke delivery partner ne mere sath fraud kiya hai kyuki unhone n mujhe call kiya and most importantly unhone mera order kisiko bhi bina OTP ke kaise de diya??
