Very poor quality material has been used in this shoe. Despite not wearing it regularly, its condition is such that we will not even try wearing it again. Even after buying the most expensive product from the store, if one has to face such a problem then this decision of Red Tape is completely wrong and I do not support it at all. I called the call center for its replacement. Called many times. But that call is not getting connected. Nor is anybody responding. I drafted a mail regarding this thing to their customer care but no one answered me.
They have used very poor quality material and their service is also very weak. Neither the call center nor the customer care mail is good.
If we had to face a similar problem even after buying such an expensive product, then we could have used some local item, I think it would have lasted longer, but by looking at this condition you will understand that it is useless to spend money on a brand whose red tape is stuck in it.
Despite doing and talking so much, if these people do not do the replacement then you can imagine what kind of scan is happening with us.
