Very poor quality material has been used in this shoe. Despite not wearing it regularly, its condition is such that we will not even try wearing it again. Even after buying the most expensive product from the store, if one has to face such a problem then this decision of Red Tape is completely wrong and I do not support it at all. I called the call center for its replacement. Called many times. But that call is not getting connected. Nor is anybody responding. I drafted a mail regarding this thing to their customer care but no one answered me.
They have used very poor quality material and their service is also very weak. Neither the call center nor the customer care mail is good.
If we had to face a similar problem even after buying such an expensive product, then we could have used some local item, I think it would have lasted longer, but by looking at this condition you will understand that it is useless to spend money on a brand whose red tape is stuck in it.
Despite doing and talking so much, if these people do not do the replacement then you can imagine what kind of scan is happening with us.

No proper return policy , bought it from showroom 20 days ago upper mesh developed cracks clearly shows poor material used in the making, moreover staff was not eager to replace or refund the item totally disappointed with red tape

Comfortable experience, But upper mesh is started cutting where it folds, when we move.It is a Manufacturing defect, Must exchange. But don’t have return policy for that😕.

In just a month the upper mesh threads are started cutting in both shoes at same place.

Bought it for 2600,always used them with proper care....got teared within 2 month....all i did with them was just normal walks thats too carefully...idk why they used this mesh thing in their one of highest priced item.
.i wish i had gone for a better brand than wasting my money on it

Shoes quality is of only 100 rupees.
First time I bought red a product
And I am very much disappointed from this product.
I request do not buy any product from red tape
