I'm writing this to express my concern regarding the issue of exchange I made 15 days ago. I returned a pair of shoes for an exchange but have not received the replacement pair yet as promised.
The details of exchange are as follows..

Exchange numbers - EXC13487
Date of returned -28/12/2024
Despite completing the exchange process and adhering to all necessary requirements, I have not received the replacement shoes or any updates regarding the delay. This has caused significant inconvenience, and I kindly request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible
Please let me know the status of my exchange and when I can expect to receive the replacement shoes. If there are any issues, I would appreciate immediate clarification.
