    Very poor quality i want to justice

    I bought this product in August 2024 from Agra Red Tape store, when I used this product for only 15 days, I was facing some problems like (this product is damaged, sole coming out etc.) then I called customer support but Red Tape customer support did not answer my single call, after that I went to the store, they said that your 45 days are over, so we cannot help you because why did you not complain before 45 days. I was trying to complain but they were not answering. If a customer or an employee buys Red Tape shoes for his comfort, then even after buying such expensive shoes, he has to face this problem or he is not heard, then the trust in such a company is lost, I have not received any help till now.
