    Refund not done even after 10 days of pickup

    Redtape gives very third class service. There is no refund even up to 10 days after pick. Returns are picked up immediately from the customer. But after picking, no reply is received about the refund.
    This is my first and last purchase in redtape.No one should trust or buy from that redtape.
