        I purchased this jacket from Redtape, but it's falling apart after just 15 days due to poor quality.

        I bought this jacket from the local Redtape store. But after just 15 days, the threads are coming loose and the jacket's cap is getting damaged.
        I had also tried to contact with customer care of redtape, but they aren't answering my call.
