    Waste of money

    It’s been over 10 days now since I raised and return the my shoes as I received the wrong size, no update from customer service if they going to send me the right size or going to refund the amount. Please don’t waste your time buying shoes from Red Tape.

    No update regarding the return of my product bad customer care experience

    I had raised a return request for my shoes as the size I bought were uncomfortable for me nd there is no higher size. It has been already 10 days since I had requested for the return till now there is no response nd customer care number doesn’t connect to the representative. So I think it’s a waste of my money as I couldn’t wear this shoes because of smaller size . I suggest everyone who purchase from redtape opt for a higher size than ur usual size in shoes so that u won’t waste ur money
