I am not satisfied with my order. Unfortunately, I received the wrong size and immediately requested a return. However, it's been 10 days, and I have not received any response.
To make matters worse, your customer care numbers are not working, and I haven’t received replies to my emails. This experience has been highly disappointing. I need assistance in returning the shoes as soon as possible, but I am left with no direction on how to proceed.
