    product manufacturing quality is not good as we expect

    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a pair of shoes I purchased from your Redtape store, Plot no123-A Basement Ground floor Brass market Rewari, Urban Estate Rewari Haryana.While I understand that the warranty period of 45 days has expired, I believe the defect in the product indicates a quality issue that should be addressed.

    I purchased the shoes on 26/06/2024 Time 07:57 PM Bill no 2425/R461-1582, and after just 52-60 days of moderate use, I noticed a significant crack in the middle of the sole. Given the premium nature of your products, I expected better durability and performance. hence the company policy/scheme and product are not as good as I expect
