I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding an utterly unacceptable experience I had at your Shakarpur, Delhi store today. I expected better from a brand like yours, but instead, I was subjected to an unethical and deceitful sales tactic that has not only eroded my trust but also tarnished your brand’s reputation.
Here’s what happened:
While shopping at your store, I noticed another customer buying a pair of shoes, so I asked the sales executive if that particular pair was available in my size. He informed me that only size 9 was left and then suggested trying a different but nearly identical pair. Considering that I had been shopping for Diwali since the morning and was exhausted, I made the purchase without closely examining the shoes.
When I got home, I was shocked to find that the sales executive had sold me WOMEN's SHOES. This deceitful and unethical behavior is absolutely unacceptable. The dishonesty displayed by your staff is infuriating. While this might seem like a minor issue to the sales executive, it’s not just a matter of his reputation—it’s about your entire brand’s integrity.
Your company has invested significant resources in R&D, marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and customer service, all aimed at providing a positive experience for customers. Yet, this one unscrupulous act by a salesperson has severely undermined all that hard work. As a result, not only will I refrain from purchasing from Red Tape in the future, but I will also actively discourage others from doing so.
Such behavior causes irreparable damage to your brand, and if it is not addressed immediately, I’m certain other customers will also lose trust in your company. I demand an immediate investigation and strict action against the involved employee to ensure that this never happens again.
I hope you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
