Delivery Policy

Our standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 days, though this duration may extend depending on the location and courier services.

Return & Exchange Policy

RedTape offers an easy return/exchange policy. You can raise a request within 7 days of delivery if the product fails to meet your expectations.

  • Product should be returned in the same condition as received, with original packaging, invoice, and tags.
  • Partial returns are accepted; you can request return for one or all products in your order.
  • For wrong, empty, used, or incomplete products, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for claim validation.
  • Claims submitted without the unboxing video will not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Hankies
  • Socks
  • Perfumes
  • Combo gift box
  • UG/Boxers

How to Raise a Return/Exchange

Registered customers: Login → Order History → Select Order → Item → Click "Return" → Fill required fields → Choose "Replacement / Refund".

Guest customers: Contact our customer support team via email at customercare@redtapeindia.com.

Once your request is accepted, we will pick up the item(s) from your location wherever feasible. Refund or replacement will be initiated only after we receive the product.

Replacement: Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, the amount will be refunded.

Product Claim Policy

Footwear

  • 100% claim allowed for manufacturing defects within 1 month of purchase with a copy of the bill.
  • Within 45 days: product must be sent with the original bill. Only genuine claims accepted; external or intentional damage is not covered.
  • Compensation may vary between 50–100% of product value depending on genuineness and usage.
  • No claims accepted after 45 days from the invoice date.

Apparel

  • 100% claim allowed for genuine manufacturing defects (e.g., shrinkage, color fastness) within 1 month with the original bill.
  • Ensure proper washing & ironing instructions are followed. Send with original bill for approval.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via NEFT within 7–12 working days after receiving the returned product(s).
  • Items must be returned in perfect condition with original packaging. Non-compliant returns will not be accepted.
  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for international customers due to high shipping costs.

Note: We recommend trying shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage. Avoid using the product outdoors before deciding to keep it.
