Return & Replacing
Product not to your liking...
RedTape Offers its customer an 'Easy return policy', wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery that fail to meet your expectations. Product should be return in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging along with its invoice/tags.
We also accept partial returns, you can raise a request for one or all products in your order.
'Registered customer' can easily raise a request from their account itself by following below steps, whereas 'Guest customer' can contact our customer support team via mail.
Order History > Order > Item and clicking on "Return" button. Fill all required fields and select "Replacement / Refund" option. Your Return ID will be created and you will receive the confirmation on your registered email id.
Once your request is accepted, we will be responsible to pick the item(s) from you. We will initiate a refund or replacement process only after receiving the product.
Note:- If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the amount.
Product Claim Policy
a) 100% claim is allowed if there is any manufacturing defect in the product within 1 month of purchase with the copy of the bill.
b) Product under 45 days has to be sent to us with Original copy of bill, please ensure that the defect claimed is genuine i.e. no external defect has been caused intentionally or unintentionally. We cannot compensate for products that were damaged for other reasons, including damage by negligence, misuse or wear and tear etc.
c) An approval will be provided by us based on the genuineness, usage & if unrepairable and may vary from 50 to 100% of the product price.
d) No Claims will be entertained under any circumstances of product more than 45 days older from the Date of Invoice.
a) 100% claim is allowed if there is any manufacturing defect (like Shrinkage, Colour fastness & other genuine manufacturing defect) in the product within 1 month of purchase with the copy of the bill.
b) All the product has to be dispatched with Original copy of bill after ensuring that the defect is genuine & proper instructions of Washing & Ironing have been followed.
Refund will be issued to RedTape Wallet or issued to the original payment method on request with 7-12 working days. The refund process will be initiated once we received the product(s), please read the return and replacement policy carefully.
This policy is only for customer in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.
We'd recommend that you ensure your shoes fit to your satisfaction on a carpet before wearing them outside or on a rough surfaces as all returned goods need to be in perfect condition and come with their original packaging. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns if they are not in perfect condition.
