No, product details cannot be modified once the order is placed. You can only cancel that order before it gets shipped. Order amount will get credited into your wallet and you can use that amount in order to place a new order.
You can create the exchange request by following the path: Order History > Order > Item and clicking on "Return" button. Fill all required fields and select "Replacement" option. Once you click on "Replacement" Option Your Return ID will get created and you will receive the confirmation on your registered email id
You can raise the refund request by following the path: Order History > Order > Item and click on Return button. Fill all required fields and select "Refund" money option. Once you click on "Refund" Option, your Return Id will get created and you will receive the confirmation on your registered email id
Your refund amount will be credited to your wallet. The refund process will be initiated once we received the product(s), please read the return and replacement policy carefully.
